Our task consisted to redesign and provide new functionally to a 2,950 square feet upper level residential condo in a 1980’s residential tower. The condo is located in the Barrancas de Belgrano neighborhood, Buenos Aires.

The concept of “spatial amplitude and modern environment” was the most important consideration for the design, as required by our client. The analysis of the project finishing details and light played a key role in the overall design process.
